Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of suvvoclothing.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Suvvo. The Site is operated by American Apex LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Suvvo," "we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

2. Products and pricing. We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colors may look slightly different on your screen, and measurements may vary a little from piece to piece. Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel any orders for that item, and we'll refund you in full if you've already paid.

3. Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit, or cancel any order, including orders that look fraudulent, are placed by resellers, or exceed available stock. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

4. Payment. Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Shopify Payments). By placing an order, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping, returns, and refunds. Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund & Return Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

6. Discount codes. Discount codes have no cash value. They can't be combined unless we say so, and we can change or end them at any time.

7. Intellectual property. All Site content, including the Suvvo name, logos, images, and text, belongs to American Apex LLC or its licensors. You may not use it without our written permission. TENCEL™ is a trademark of Lenzing AG, used under license.

8. Acceptable use. Don't misuse the Site. For example, don't break or interfere with it, scrape it, or use it for anything unlawful.

9. Disclaimers. Except as stated in our policies, the Site and products are provided "as is," to the fullest extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the Site or a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

12. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the Site when you place your order applies to that order.
